Lot 74. "Carro 64" is composed of 64 tooled aluminum cubes that are set into an adjustable white frame. This piece is one of a series of 120 limited edition pieces by Gerstner. These pieces were issued by the Staempfli Gallery in New York City. Staempfli Gallery sticker is located on verso of this piece. The tiles can be moved and arranged to create a variety of different images. Overall size of the piece is 16" x 16". The tiles are apprx 1" x 1." Tiles come in a variety of colors including red, plum, pink, teal, blue and gray. Signed on gallery tag on verso. Numbered 98/120.
