Lot 50. Oil on artist's board by American painter John Caursle is entitled "A Cabin in the Mountains". This painting depicts a rustic log cabin situated within snow covered mountains. The application of paint is very thick with visible brushstrokes. Signed in blue ink and dated 1971 in lower left corner. Board measures apprx 21" T x 27" W. With frame this painting measures apprx 25" H x 31" W.
