Image size approx. 9-3/4" x 15-5/8", framed overall approx. 17" x 22-3/4". Nina Martino's work is super representational, mainly oil landscapes of surrounding Philadelphia areas, where she paints on location and later enlarges the small studies into oil paintings on canvas or processed panel in her studio. Martino's landscapes are simplified, compositional interpretations, concentrating on strong contrast with contemporary settings.
