Lot 36. "Majesty of the Mountains". Oil on board, framed, circa 1930's. Lovely west coast landscape scene depicts an imposing mountain rising from forested foothills. An impressive cloud filled sky looms over head. Painting style is loose as if executed en plein air. Signed on lower right. Verso has three tags and two hand written labels with painting information. Measures apprx 32"H x 38"W. In period frame, entire item measures apprx 37-1/4"H x 43-1/4"W.
