Lot 77. French harbor scene. Oil on canvas, signed in the lower right corner, dated '49, framed in a narrow contemporary gold-tone frame, 21" x 25-1/2". There is an inscription in pencil on the top stretcher bar signed by the artist, which appears to be a dedication to someone named Yvette upon her marriage.
