Lot 269. A bronze statue of Moses, originally commissioned by a Dr. Medina of Willoughby, Ohio in 1973, the statue cast in one piece, signed in the octagonal base "McVey...1973", with dark brown patina, approx. 37"H. The venerable figure stands with one hand outstretched on a simple base. A letter from the artist and three color slides accompany the lot. Please note: this sculpture is very heavy and will require special care for pick up or delivery.

His public commissions include statuary at Rice University and in Washington DC. Many of his works are displayed all over Greater Cleveland Area.
