Lot 280. "Salome", antique bronze with warm brown patina. Inscribed by the artist. Foretay was a student of Falguirene and exhibited statuettes and portraits at the Salons ca.1900. He also received an honorable mention in 1891 and 3rd class medal in 1904. Approx. 12-1/2"T, on a green marble base.
