Lot 65. Asian woman in a kimono. Oil on canvas, signed lower right. Canvas size approx. 23-1/2" x 31-1/2". Overall in wood frame approx. 31" x 38-1/2". Endre studied at the School of Model Drawing, then in Munich and at Nagybanya. He studied under Ede Ballo, Simon Hollosy and Gyula Benczur. In 1918 he had a retrospective exhibition in the National Salon. His works may be found in the Hungarian National Gallery.
