Loretta Eby received her BFA in glass from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 1981 and continued her education at the Penland School of Crafts, Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, and the Pilchuk School of Glass. She opened her own glass blowing studio in northern Georgia in 1985.
