Golden oak case with slanted display top, set on four tall legs with three closed, handled drawers and two open, slat drawers. Verso has tag Remington Rand Library Case Division. Apprx 44" x 28" x 27". Mid 20th century. Remington Rand was formed as a result of the 1927 merger of the Remington Typewriter Company and the Rand Kardex Company. Its products included typewriters, adding machines and other office equipment and office filing systems. The records primarily consist of advertising and sales promotional materials.
