Black-and-white 8"x10" photographs; all featuring burlesque entertainers who stayed at the Towne Hotel in Columbus,Ohio throughout the late 1940s and 1950s. (A very few photographs appear to be older, c.1930.) The proprietor of the Towne Hotel was Eddie Ehrhardt. Most of the photos bear personal and affectionate inscriptions to him. Most have corner pinholes. Some photos are stamped on reverse with the photographer's name; others were part of the Weldon A. Carpenter Theater Collection.
