"Portrait", oil on canvas adheard to board, framed in a hand carved and gold leaf frame, image size apprx 3" x 2-1/2", signed lower left. Overall apprx 9-1/2" x 8". Originally attributed to an American artist, it is now considered to be a European painting, c.1900-10. The artist plaque reads "L. Pilchner", however there is not much known about the artist in question.

Originally attributed to an American artist, it is now considered to be a European painting, c.1900-10. The artist plaque reads "L. Pilchner", however there is not much known about the artist in question.
