187. Walter A. Sinz (American 1881-1966)
Terracotta of a seated woman, signed "W.A.Sinz", Approx 6" tall.
Sinz created the relief of a Native American carrying a canoe through the Portage, an eight mile passage between the Cuyahoga and Tuscarawas Rivers, located in Akron, Ohio. He was also selected in 1929 to design the Thompson Trophy for the National Air Races.
