"Davenport Longport Staffordshire", both footed with gold details and floral accents with turquoise and gilt details and center medallion. Numbered on bottom, 308 and over glaze purple stamp. Approx. size 8" x 11" and 9-1/2" x 10-1/2". The mark is illustrated in Geoffrey Godden's "Illustrated Encyclopedia of British Marks" (New York, 1966) as being in use from 1870-1887.
