An oak armchair with an upholstered back, with carved down- swept arms, terminating in a foliate scrolled hand rest. Arms raised on turned supports, centering an upholstered seat with two turned legs, squared back legs and h-shaped stretcher. Apprx 47"H x 22"W x 37"D.

339. Wood and Clay Stag Pipe
An exotic stag pipe made from clay and wood. This pipe features a hand-carved stag on the clay cheroot holder. Blackened around the rim from use. The stem of the pipe is made from carved wood and and has a flexible hose in the center. The mouthpiece is worn. A woven cord is attached to the stem so that the pipe could be hung around the smoker's neck. The cheroot holder measures apprx 5" x 3-1/2".

340. Hepplewhite Tavern Table, 19th Century
Lovely Hepplewhite walnut tavern table with tapered legs. This table is features one drawer and a simplistic design. George Hepplewhite, an English cabinetmaker, made many tables and chairs which became popular in New England in the early 19th Century. Apprx 28-1/2"H x 17"D x 19"W.

341. Upholstered 20th Century Chair
Reproduction of a French tapestry chair. This chair is made from ornately carved and varnished wood and has shepherd's crook arms. Legs are connected with stretcher and brackets. The vintage upholstery has been made to resemble a French tapestry. Green and gold wool has been woven to create a medieval scene in which two maidens are flanked by a unicorn and lion holding tall banners. The background is composed of flowers, vines and monkeys. Accenting the bottom of the chair are gold tassels. Along the upper edge and sides of the chair are decorative wooden tacks. This chair is in very good condition and measures approx 46-1/2" tall, 26-1/2" wide and 25" deep.

342. Pine Farmers Table
Antique farmers table is made from American pine. The table is rugged and simplistic; hinged leaves on each side can be opened to expand the size of the table. The legs are simple and tapered; wood has been varnished and wood filler is visible throughout. The piece measures apprx 68" long and 29" high. The top of the table may not be original to base, and legs have been reinforced with brackets and glue. Each end of the table features one drawer with a simple wooden knob.

343. Pine Pie Safe, 19th Century
Rustic American pine pie safe stands apprx 68-1/2" tall, 29" wide and 24-1/2" deep. This cabinet has been refinished with a satin varnish. Inside the upper half of the cabinet are brackets for one shelf. Original screens have been replaced with rolled glass. The bottom half of this cabinet is also pine and features a bracket in the bottom area for a shelf. The lower cabinet doors show signs of repair with staples and glue. All hardware on the doors is original iron and in good condition. Another feature of this unique piece is a single drawer with two knobs between the upper and lower sections of the cabinet.

Italian marble bust of a young girl innocently looking to the right, appears to be wearing traditional clothes and head dressing engraved with floral bordering and details, dress is pink, her hair sweeps back into a low bun. Made in Italy engraved on back of base, apprx 8-1/2" x 8-1/4".

Victorian oak rocking/glider chair is set on four small wooden wheels, an example of strong craftsmanship, glider has radial spokes with circles bordering the arc, metal joints, honeycomb pattern in forest green, yellow-green and red on back and seat pad with a dark purple ruffled border, apprx 2'x 4'.
