307. Carved Walnut Flemish Armoire, C. 1850
Ornately hand carved walnut two door armoire with three figures at base, two females and a male with club and leopard skin. Three fluted columns have floral swags, rosettes and repetitive molding, topped with Acanthus leaf capitals. Both hinged doors have carved panels with arched top depicting a Bacchanalian man and a mythological woman. Both figures are in oval vingettes surrounded by scrolling leaves and and egg and dart type border. The lower panels both have two more figures, a man and a woman, both mythological in appearance. Interior has two mirrors on doors and brackets for shelving, all walnut. Armoire includes four plate glass shelves. Overall apprx 55"W x 90"H. Door, top and base separate for easy moving. 308. Philadelphia Style Highboy, (American, mid-20th Century)
This Philadelphia Style highboy has a carved scrolled bonnet top. Between the scrolls is a lavishly carved design. The quarter columns at the front corners are ornamented with fine carving. Carved designs in the acanthus motif appear on the cabriole legs, and carved shell-like forms ornament the shaped skirting. The elaborate embellishments produce an effect of great decorative richness, characteristic of the cabinetmakers of Philadelphia. Apprx 6'-9"T x 39"W x 21"D.

309. A 19th Century American Sideboard
Large two part American pine sideboard with glass upper doors. The sideboard has ample storage, with drawers and compartments behind matching doors, yet still offers the convenience of a serving piece. The compartments and drawers were originally used to store silver flatware, holloware and other serving pieces used in the contemporary dining room. This particular piece has a light stain and has two sets of doors on the bottom half.

310. A Mahogany Beau Brummell, Early 19th Century
In a Hepplewhite style (1785-1800), this mahogany gentleman's dressing table provides a rising framed mirror and compartments for toilet accessories in the top drawer. Compartment lids fitted with Ivory knobs and center fitted with green felt. The unit is of fine mahogany veneer with probably satinwood for inlay with decorative bendings and stringing lines. Back plates are not original, in oval form with bail handles of conforming shape attatched on each side to the oval back plates. Brass castors and two pull out drawers. Apprx 35"T x 20-1/4"W x 20-1/2D".

311. English Rosewood Envelope Game Table, C. 1870
A Rosewood and Satinwood inlay card table. Inlaid bandings and stringing with floral design around oval medallions in stainwood with a Hepplewhite design. Envelope table top unfolds, revealing carved dishes and dark green baize. Bracket legs with brass casters. Brackets converge central squared shelf with turned bands. One drawer with brass knobs and brass hinges at leaves. Apprx 29"T x 22" square.

315. Renaissance Theme Tapestry
This is a beautiful woven tapestry dating from the 1940's, made from needlepoint and petite point, featuring a Renaissance theme. Two women are surrounded by a unicorn and lion, who hold up medieval banners. Birds, sheep, monkeys and dogs also surround the women. The border of the tapestry is green and gold foliage while the background of the center area is blue and adorned with flowers and vines. Much attention has been paid to detail. Tapestry measures apprx 89" x 72"

316. Moroccan Inlaid Mother-of-Pearl Wooden Table
Moroccan inlaid mother-of-pearl wooden table measures approx 14- 1/2" x 20" and has a circular top. This table features a hexagonal tiered base with three curvalinear legs and has a hidden compartment. The design is traditional Middle Eastern with hexagons and stars, inlaid with mother-of-pearl.
