256. Gorham "Plymouth" Part Sterling Silver Service, C. 1911
This is a partial set of early 20th Century sterling silver flatware dated 1911. The silver features a simple diamond design which culminates in a triangular point. Each piece is hallmarked, "PAT 1911" followed by a lion, anchor and letter G. The set consists of eleven 5-3/4" teaspoons, twelve 6" salad forks, two 7-1/2" ice teaspoons, three 5-3/4" fruit spoons and three 6-1/2" soup spoons. Several of the pieces have different markings on the shanks. It is likely that that pieces have been added to the set over time. and range in size from 7-1/2" to 6". Overall apprx 27.8 Troy oz.

257. Sterling Silver Tableware
This set of sterling silver tableware includes two serving spoons and eleven table forks. Spoons measure apprx 8-1/2" and have a simple fleur-de-lis pattern on the shanks. Forks feature a similar design and measure apprx 7-1/4". On verso of the spoons is the identification "RM&S Sterling, PAT APLD.FOR" with an H inside a circle. On verso of the forks is the identification "JS & Co Sterling, PAT APLD.FOR". This lot weighs approx 18.5 Troy oz.

259. Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver "Japanese" Punch Ladle, C. 1871
This is a very fine piece of Tiffany sterling silver, dated 1871 with Tiffany hallmarks. Handle is decorated with a bird landing on a wheat shaft, surrounded by wild flowers. A protruding reed turns upward creating a uniform border for this sweet scene. Flower relief on verso without bird. Large oval bowl probably had a gold washed interior at one time. This would be a fine addition for any collector of 19th Century Tiffany. Overall weight is apprx 8.1 Troy oz and measures apprx 14-1/2".

260. Norweigian Sterling Silver Ladle, C. 1895
Sterling silver soup ladle with Néo-Grecque arabesques, the bowl hemispherical, monogrammed on the handle "GCM". The shape of the handle is reminiscent of gothic arched windows. Marked "Thune 830 SS" on verso of the handle. Measures apprx 14-1/8" and weighs apprx 9.3 Troy oz.

263. Sterling Silver Baleen Toddy Ladles, George I Shilling, Dated 1723
Set of two sterling silver ladles. Each ladle has a black twisted reed handle. One ladle has a stamp on the interior. Stamp features the inserted George I(171427) shilling dated 1723. Monogrammed initials "J.J" are located next to verso of coin. The second matching ladle does not have an inserted coin, however initials "J.J." are engraved on verso of the bowl. Tips of handles also in silver. Both apprx 14" in length.

Both items have the Lion, Anchor and G, along with 1897 on verso. Berry spoon had a gold wash on interior of bowl which is all but gone, measures apprx 8-3/4". The three prong lettuce fork is apprx 8-1/2" long. Both do not have monograms. Overall weight is 6.8 Troy oz.
