266. 19th Century English Sterling Silver
English sterling silver includes; two 7-1/8" Fiddle style tablespoons which have full London hallmarks, C. 1859-60 and "W.S.". Both features an engraved animal on the handle. One tea spoon measuring apprx 5-1/2" with full London hallmarks and "SH ?C", C. 1857-58. Initials "GMB" are engraved onto handle. Second tea spoon measures apprx 5-1/2" and is hallmarked London (without Leopards head) and stamped "T.B.", C. 1818-19. Engraved with the initial "D". Overall apprx 4.3 Troy oz.

All items are silver on copper and have corresponding hallmarks on verso, ornate floral handles, feet (4) and spouts with a floral border around the center of the body and circular decorative knobs on lid. Surface of tray has floral engravings, not monogrammed. Collection includes: one 18" coffee urn with removable lid, one 9" coffee pot with hinged lid, one 11" tea pot, one 5" sugar bowl with lid, one 5" creamer, and one 4-1/2" waste bowl with lid. Sterling silver tea service marked Fornari-Roma. Consists of 9-1/2 x 10-1/2" coffee pot, 8-1/2" x 10" tea pot, 5-1/2" x 6-1/4" creamer, 6" x 7-1/2" sugar and 22" x 12-1/2" serving tray. Sugar has removable lid. Coffee and tea pots have hinged lids. Coffee pot has number 22 stamped on handle and tea pot has number 20 stamped on handle. All pieces are hallmarked Fornari-Roma 800S. Overall 118.7 Troy oz.

273. Unger Brothers Nouveau Sterling Silver Dish
Beautiful sterling silver serving dish engraved with the letter "N" at center. Waved edges are decorated by repousse irises and leaves. Marked on verso "925 Fine Sterling" and "UB" stamp. This piece measures apprx 13" x 7-3/4" and weighs apprx 8.2 Troy oz. The Unger brothers made some of the finest Nouveau silver of the era.

Ornate sterling silver compote features scalloped edges. Dish attached to base with four scrolled and floral arms. Base is scalloped and fluted with four ball feet. Versos stamped "Sterling", M 593" and winged dragon emblem, probably Redlich Co. Measures 12-1/2" in diameter and apprx 4" high. Overall weighs apprx 39.9 Troy oz.

275. Two Albums of The Britannia Commemorative Society
This lot offers two complete albums from the societies commemorative medal issues. Each book contains thirty (sixty total) .999 fine silver proofs of issued medals designed by various contemporary sculptors including Vincze, Devlin, Blakely, Hunt and Gilroy Roberts, etc. Each piece is encased in a lucite holder with protective plastic along with a printed metal plaque stating the medal's information. Each medallion weighs apprx 1.3 Troy oz.
