246. Wallace "Grande Baroque" Part Sterling Silver Service For Twelve, C. 1941


Wallace & Sons sterling silver service in the "Baroque" pattern. Service consists of twelve 6-1/2" salad forks, twelve 10" dinner knives with stainless steel blades, twelve 8" dinner forks, twelve 6" teaspoons, twelve 5-3/4" dessert spoons and twelve 6-3/4" soup spoons. Overall weight is 151.2 Troy oz. The baroque pattern was designed in 1941 by William Warren. The design features curved acanthus leaves, roses and pillars. Each piece is hallmarked Wallace Sterling on verso.

247. International "Royal Danish" Sterling Silver Flatware, C. 1939


International Silver was incorporated in 1898 by a number of independent silversmiths whose family backgrounds began in early colonial times. It has become one of the world's largest maufacturers of silverware with a quality of silver that is world renowned. This is an impressive set of sterling silver flatware from the International Silver company. Introduced in 1939, the Royal Danish pattern is based on the traditional designs of Scandanavia. Fluted columns accent the handles.

This is a lovely set of Birks sterling silver flatware in the Louis XV pattern. Set consists of six 5" bouillion soup spoons, six 6-1/4" butter spreaders, two 8-1/2" dinner spoons, six 5-3/4" teaspoons, six 5-3/4" cocktail forks, one 6-1/4" oyster fork, six 4" coffee spoons, one 6-1/2" serving knife, six 5-1/4" demitasse spoons, six 10" dinner knives, one 12" ice pick, one 13" knife, one 10" serving tong and six 7-1/4" table forks. 255. Tuttle "Onslow" Sterling Silver Flatware, C. 1931


Sterling silver flatware by the Tuttle Silver Company. This flatware is in the 1931 "Onslow" design. Onslow is an art-deco style with fan shaped incisions on the handles of all the flatware. This set has two 5-3/4" hollow handle butter knives, three 6-1/8" salad forks, four 7-1/4" dinner forks, thirteen 6" spoons, four 8-3/4" hollow handle dinner knives, and two 6-1/2" rounded soup spoons.
