| 16. Greek Chalecedony Ring, 1st-2nd Century A.D.
Carved from Chalecedony, the rings bears an inscription, "A NOI OMO", on a flat area of the three bands that make up the design. Center band is smooth, however the outer bands have a "fluted" pattern. Apprx 4+ size. The color is a translucent lavender gray, when held up to light it takes on a warm beige color with visible inclusions. 400/600 Sold $448.50 back to catalog |
