524. Six Gustavsberg Argenta Items

All items in a rich, creamy mint green, have Gustavsberg Argenta anchor trademark on bottom. Collection includes: Paperclip or tea cup, has leaf design around cup, thick border lines on rim and bottom (wearing in a few spots), apprx 2-1/4". Floral vase, has two lilly-of-the-valley stems crossing on one side, apprx 4". Small chips in border paint. Decorative plate, has ruffled/scooped rim and three crowns in the center, printed on verso: Specially Designed for Swedish American Line, apprx 4"D, some crazing on surface. Another decorative plate or tray, a more shallow dish than the other, has a simple silver heart in the center, apprx 3-1/2"D. Two decorative plates ready for hanging, one has silver cherries in the center the other has a silver pear, subtle decorative edge, has a model number and S stamped on verso, apprx 7-3/4"D. Some scratches on fruit. Gustavsberg was set up outside Stockholm, Sweden in 1786. The firm had success in the nineteenth century making china in the style of English creamware.
