The first is a young peasant girl holding a rooster. She wears a simple white dress and white cap. Measures apprx 7-3/4" tall. Next is "Jolie" a young girl in a pastel gown. She carries a pink and white parasol. Measures apprx 7-1/2" tall, verso marked "Daisa 1983", issued in 1984, retired in 2002. And last, a bride and groom, measuring apprx 7-1/2" tall. Lladro insignia on verso as well as "Daisa 1977".
Beginning in 1951, the Lladro brothers, Juan, Jose and Vincente, began what would become an instution in producing fine porcelain. Still run by the Lladro family, the collection continues to grow with Collectors.
