Three small ambrotypes depict young men while the remaining two depict young women. In particular one photograph has a slip of paper with a date of June 29, 1861 as well as the name of the photographer who took the picture. Images range in size from apprx 2-1/2" x 2" to 3-1/2" x 3". 604. Photograph from the Tri-State-Round-Up Black and white panoramic photograph from the Tri-State Round Up in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. The photograph is dated July 4-6, 1927 and was taken by the O'Neill Photo Company in O'Neill, Nebraska. The Tri-State Round Up was one of the largest rodeos in the American West.
