580. US Trade Dollar- 1878-S
Fully toned with hues of purple, gold and silver-gray, this coin shows great details on both the obverse and reverse. Virtually no bag marks and either slight wear or a weak impression of Liberty's head. The outstretched arm and knee (and claws on the reverse) prevent this coin from being a solid BU. A coin ready for slabbing and the perfect coin for those who appreciate a deeply toned patina.
