A nice William H. Eppens watercolor on paper of a winter scene with a cabin with a stream running alongside it in the foreground and a hillside with other structures in the background. It is signed and dated "W.H. Eppens 1934" on the lower right corner. This painting is matted and framed under glass and the image measures apprx 10-1/2" x 14" image size, and apprx 19-1/4" x 23" framed.

Watercolor drawing of a semi-nude showgirl wearing a rooster costume and holding an egg. Beneath her reads the line "Joyeuses Paques" or "Happy Easter." Smaller print to the left reads "La Vie Parisienne". No visible signature to identify artist, but the style of hair and makeup is reminiscent of the 1930's. Framed, this drawing measures apprx 16" x 21."
