The photograph is dated July 4-6, 1927 and was taken by the O'Neill Photo Company in O'Neill, Nebraska. The Tri-State Round Up was one of the largest rodeos in the American West. Held in Black Hills, this rodeo had been held each July for over 80 years. Archival mounting and frame, apprx 14-1/2" x 50-3/4".
