Hand-painted ivory portraits of historical figures such as Beethoven and Mozart, as well as two lovely ladies. Mozart and Beethoven are hand painted with rosy cheeks and glittering eyes. They are framed in with a gold toned band set into black wooden frames. Frames have small hook for hanging attached to verso. Image measures apprx 2-1/2" x 2". Framed these pieces measure apprx 5" x 4-3/4". This lot also includes two hand painted ivories of women. One woman wears a black gown with white lace collar. The second woman wears a white veil over her hair and a white ruffled collar. Framed in ivory frames accented by black flowers.
