240. James Earle Fraser (American, 1876-1953)

A bronze plaque of Theodore Roosevelt. The relief portrait is marked in the upper right "FRASER/1920". In relief at bottom is the inscription, "Aggressive fighting for the right is the noblest sport the world affords". Light brown patina, verso of plaque not examined. Size of plaque approx 13" x 10".
