Cleveland School artist Kae Dorn Cass is most well-known for her portraits and still life compositions. Previously an instructor at the Cleveland Institute of Art and Cleveland Museum of Art May Show exhibitor, Cass is known for her use of bright colors and simplified shapes. This painting, simply entitled "Still Life" features abstracted forms in vibrant shades of orange, green, blue, red and yellow. Oil on board. Board measures apprx 26-1/2" x 18-1/2".
