Possibly French or Mt. Washington, a glass hand-painted plate attached to a yellow velvet backing with frame. The glass is a matte white, medium thickness and it is painted with extraordinarily detailed purple and white irises. Possibly a large chimney cover, which was used to cover the exhaust opening of the wall from the stovepipe. Glass plate measures apprx 17" in diameter. Overall measures apprx 26".
