An 18th Century engraving after a Roman temple painting, standing male nude holding a lyre, with rose colored drapped fabric. His hair is ornately bound. Hand colored. Figure is central with a 1" border of braided branches. Plate is numbered upper right XLV. Impression apprx 15" x 11", overall paper size apprx 20-1/2" x 12-1/2".
