Portrait frontispiece, gilt stamps. 347 pages; tissue-guarded, preface by Percy Lubbock and with the notes by Henry James. Book plate on interior of front end board reads "tel grain, tel pain, Liber Joseph Silkin." Signed by Jospeh Silkin on front end paper and dated the 12th of February, 1927.
