282. A Lot of Turquoise & Sterling Jewelry A native American squash blossom necklaces of silver and turquoise measuring apprx 14" L. Necklace has ten oval shaped blue-green turquoise stones in the squash blossoms and a naja pendant with seven additional blue-green turquoise stones with two rows of silver beads, all strung on two separate wires. One ring, size 7-1/2 is apprx 1-1/2" and has two round turquoise stones on either end and a small brown stone in the center. 286. A Lot of Sterling & Turquoise Bolo Ties The first bolo tie is attached to a black braided leather cord with silver tips. The bolo features an inlaid figure of an indian woman. The stones used for the inlay include blue, green and red turquoise, mother of pearl or shell and onyx. This piece is verso marked "JEK" and "Bennett, Pat.Pend.,C31". The cord is apprx 19" and the bolo is apprx 2". The second bolo is also on a braided black leather cord, although the cord is severed. The tips on this cord are both marked "sterling". Nine turquoise medallions measuring apprx 1-1/4" x 1" have sterling silver leaf shaped stettings. This necklace also has a crescent shaped pendant with six small turquoise stones and one larger oval-shaped turquoise stone. This necklace is known as a "summer squash" necklace. This set includes a matching cuff bracelet, a pair of screw backed ear pendants and three rings. Ear pendants have a small turquoise stone set in center flanked by four silver leaves.
