405. Meissen Platter & Austrian Reticulated Platter
This pair of porcelain platters includes one beautifully hand-painted and gilded German platter and one charming hand-painted Austrian reticulated platter. Meissen platter is flower shaped and has hand-painted yellow, purple, blue and orange wildflowers in center. Three gilded medallions are accented with tiny bouquets of wildflowers. The platter features the blue Meissen hallmark on verso. Austrian reticulated porcelain platter has a hand-painted bouquet of wildflowers in the center with smaller bouquets of flowers in each corner. Verso stamped "Austrian" in light green. Measures apprx 2" H x 9" W. Meissen platter measures apprx 2" H x 12" W.

407. A Warwick Double Handled Urn, Late 19th Century
Warwick vase has a brown pedestal vase, graduating to shades of yellow, and back to brown again at the rim and handles. The central section of the vase is hand painted with bouquets of pink roses. The handles are ornate and the rim has a gilt border. Verso marked with the name "Warwick" above a profile of a knight and the letters "IOGA". Measures apprx 14" H x 7-1/2" W.

408. Dresden Tea Service, c. 19th Century
An outstanding hand painted porcelain service for six, set includes tea pot apprx 6", creamer apprx 4", sugar with lid apprx 4", six cups and saucers (cup apprx 2" and saucer appx 1" x 5-3/4"). Marked on verso with blue paint "Dresden Germany" with emblem. Impressed with the numbers "560" and the letter "S" and a cartouche with a crown with the letters G(?) and H. Each item hand painted with a different scene from Greek mythology. Purchased by the current owner from Fordem Galleries, Cleveland Ohio.

410. Hand-Painted Ceramic Tiles
A pair of hand-painted ceramic tiles, framed in cream colored, painted wood. First set of tiles features a portrait of a lady. Initials "P.D." located in lower right corner. Below the lady is a larger tile, depicting a gentleman with a horn. He wears a plumed hat and tall boots. Second set of tiles depicts a bearded gentleman in a purple coat and plumed hat. Signed "J.B." in lower right corner. Larger tile features a well dressed woman standing in a courtyard by a pot of flowers. Overall, each measures apprx 28" H x 10" W.

411. Pair of Nippon Pitchers, Hand-Painted Hungarian Pitcher and Saucer
One Nippon pitcher features a hand-painted rose design with gilded accents. Second Nippon pitcher has been hand painted with pink wildflowers against a green background. Green pitcher is signed "Hand-painted Nippon" on verso. Rosebud pitcher does not have Nippon marking but style strongly suggests this is a Nippon piece. Each pitcher measures apprx 7" H x 7" W. Also included in this lot is a lidded pitcher from Bavaria. Hand-painted with wildflowers and accented with gilt. Pitcher comes with a matching saucer which measures apprx 6" in diameter. Pitcher signed "Cacilie, Selb, Bavaria." Saucer is marked "Porstenberg, Germany."

412. Capodimonte Tankard
A lovely tankard with a cupid sitting on the top, holding bunches of grapes, sitting on scrolling grape vines. The body of the tankard has two men, two women, two cupids and two centaurs and a ram. The figures are scantily clothed only with swags of fabric and grape vines. The detail on the figures is very nice. The base is framed by a grapevine border. Handle is also beautifully detailed ending with a cat's head at the top. Measures apprx 15-1/2" H x 9" W.

Royal Haeger Mare and foal statue stands upright. Mare and foal are chestnut color with tan manes. The figures stand on a grassy base. Unsigned, this piece measures apprx 9-3/4" H x 13" L x 5-1/4" W. On verso is a note reading "Haeger 1871-1938 + 1945-mid '50's royal hickman, artist's own line + Haeger + Royal Haeger 1938-44, Horses".

414. Antonio Borsato Porcelain Horse and Carriage
Antonio Borsato porcelain horse and carriage figural depicts a pale green cart being pulled by a white horse. Inside the cart is a young girl dressed in a blue and pink gown. A shawl is draped across the back of the cart. A well-dressed young man atop a brown horse rides up to the cart and offers the girl a bouquet of flowers. This very delicate figural is marked "A. Borsato, Made in Italy." Measures apprx 13" H x 18" W.

415. Volkstedt-Rudolstadt Porcelain Figural Group, c. 1900-1936
German porcelain figural depicts a trio of musicians. A gentleman in purple breeches and a mauve overcoat plays a flute, a second gentleman in black breeches and a blue over coat plays a cello and a young lady swathed in lace plays a piano. Minute attention has been paid to details such as the texture of the lace, the delicacy of the flowers, the pattern on the rug, and the musical notes on the sheet music. Verso marked in blue "Made in Germany". Signed with a blue under glazed mark on base. This piece measures apprx 11" H x 15" W.

417. Pair of Royal Dux Porcelain Figurals
Pair of porcelain figurals from the Royal Dux porcelain company. Pair includes a 18th century style gentleman dressed in a royal blue waistcoat with gold trim, a white ruffled cravat and white vest. He also wears royal blue breeches and gold shoes. Verso of base is stamped in light blue with the insignia "Royal Dux, Made in Czechoslovakia". A pink ceramic triangle has been glued to verso and reads "Royal Dux, Bohemia" with the image of an acorn with the letter E. The base of each figural is decorated with gold scrollwork. Female figure wears a white ruffled gown with a blue bodice and underskirt. Pink ceramic triangle is adhered to base of female figural with a piece of tape. Female measures apprx 9" H x 6" W. Male figural measures apprx 10" H x 5" W.

418. Guiseppe Cappe (Italian)
The male figural is has dark hair and wears a tattered shirt and pair of pants. He is barefooted and seated upon a flower covered rock. Verso of both figures are stamped "G. Cappe, Works of Art, Italy." Also painted with the number gg037. The female figure wears a purple and orange dress. A white dove sits upon her outstretched hand and she is seated on a flower covered rock. Inscribed into the back of each figural is the artist's name "G. Cappe." Figurals measure apprx 8" H x 7" W.
