Ancient silver coin with bust of a bishop one one side is set into a 14K yellow gold frame with two crescents. One crescent has a hammered gold pattern, second crescent is set with six round-cut rubies and four round-cut diamonds. Verso of coin is marked with foreign writing. Measures apprx 1-1/2" x 1-1/8".
