Atzerodt, Michael O'Laughlin, Samuel A. Mudd, Edward Spangler and Samuel Arnold, charged with conspiracy and the murder of Abraham Lincoln, late president of the United States. Delivered June 27 and 28, 1865, before the Military Commissions, Washington, D.C. Measures apprx 9" H x 6" W. from the Bingham estate, the Judge advocate who wrote this book. Numbered in pencil by the estate, the rest of the collection went to the Morgan Library.

This volume has gold cloth endboards stamped with black and gold. Also stamped on spine. Inscribed on front end paper "Charlotte E. Horton".
