Gottlob" and "Atelier Gottlob, 45 Rue de Belleviller" are on the lower left. The poster shows the back and partial profile of a woman dressed in a full skirt and a large hat examining art work in a folio rack. Gottlob was a student of Jobbe-Duval, Laporte and G. Fuchs. He worked as a portraitist, graphic artist and book illustrator during Belle Epoque period. Framed under glass and overall size is apprx 49" H x 33-1/4" W. Image size is apprx 44-1/4" H x 29" W.

Pair of watercolors depict a detailed study of a floral arrangement in a stone urn. Flowers include white and pink roses, tulips and holly berries. Paper size is apprx 13" H x 11-1/2" W. With wooden frame each watercolor measures apprx 17" H x 15" W. The art of theorem painting dates back to the early 1800s. It was part of the curriculum taught to young girls in the finishing schools of New England. The process of this type of painting involves drawing or analyzing a picture, then breaking it down into numbered stencils.
