A sterling silver head, prong set, mounted with one large mine cut diamond and surrounded by nine diamonds. Yellow gold ring, shank, with three lines accenting the sides of the mount with open work at base of extended prongs. Marked with "TV" and unknown stamp. Apprx size 7.
