Third mouthpiece measures apprx 4-3/4" L x 1" W. Interior of this case is marked "A la Pipe de Paris, 198 Rue de Rivoli, Paris. Or Controle". Carved ivory mouthpieces measure apprx 4-3/4" L and 2" L.
