14K yellow gold Omega necklace features a jeweled slide enhancer. The slider is set with a genuine emerald weighing apprx 1 carat. This emerald is surrounded by fourteen full-cut diamonds and suspends three black freshwater pearls. The two outer pearls are capped with small tsavorite garnets. The central pearl is capped by a small diamond. All gemstones are suspended from a ruby slide, weighing apprx 0.87 carats. Necklace is marked "750, Italy" on exterior of clasp.
