Loetz glass flower form shade has an iridescent green and cream colored shade with ruffled petal rim. Shade is unsigned and measures apprx 6-1/4" H x 4-3/4" W. This shade comes with a brass base, in working order, with tripod feet, one pierced for mounting. Base measures apprx 13-1/2" H x 8" W.
