Framed in a Newcomb-Macklin Company gilt, white washed frame. Canvas apprx 24" x 30", overall with frame apprx 28-1/2" x 35".
Born in London but raised in Des Plaines, Illinois. Day was a member and exhibited at the Hoosier Salon, the Art Institute, Chicago Annual Exhibitions and the Illinois Society of The Fine Arts. He studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and the Smith Academy.
