"Winter Village". Oil on canvas, signed lower right. Probably painted when he traveled in Europe for two years, c. 1926. He is, however, mostly known for his California landscapes. Canvas apprx 27-1/2" x 36", overall in lovely gilt frame apprx 35" x 43". Verso has a Findlay Galleries tag affixed.
