Shaving mirror retains its original glass, has central brass acorn finial and smaller brass acorn finials on either side. Mirror opens to reveal a red felt covered interior with three shelves which are not thought to be original. Twentieth century conversion includes the addition of hooks to the back of interior, possibly to hold bracelets or necklaces. Columns flank sides ending at bottom section with two drawers. Dove-tailed drawers have brass lion's head handles (not original) and their interiors are covered in deep red felt. Sits on brass paw feet (not original). A business card is tacked to the verso indicating that this was once purchased from Mass. in 1962. Apprx 32-1/4" H x 21-1/2" W x 8-1/2 D.
