Pair of watercolors depict a detailed study of a floral arrangement in a stone urn. Flowers include white and pink roses, tulips and holly berries. Paper size is apprx 13" H x 11-1/2" W. With wooden frame each watercolor measures apprx 17" H x 15" W. The art of theorem painting dates back to the early 1800s. It was part of the curriculum taught to young girls in the finishing schools of New England.
