Pastel on chain lined paper, a study of a young French girl. This was probably done before 1892, most likely c. 1888. Unsigned, verso has collectors stamp, inventory number and name. Image measures apprx 18" x 14", overall with frame apprx 24" x 20". his works can be found in such institutions as the Appleton Museum of Art-Florida, Johnson Museum of Art at Cornell University- New York, MacKenzie Art Gallery-Saskatchewan and the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Quimper- France.
