Scribner and Welford, New York, 1889, 2 vols. First vol with engraved frontispiece, second with color plate. Purple cloth with gold emblem on front cover and spine. Apprx 9" x 6". Previous owners bookplate inside front cover. William W. Gibbings, London, 1892. Limited to 150 copies of which this is number 143. Engraved frontispiece with four additional portrait plates. Previous owners bookplate on fly page. Apprx 10-1/4" x 7".

This porcelain bust of Napoleon Boneparte by Limoges depicts the ruler in a royal blue coat with gold lapels. The interior of the pedestal base is marked with the green Limoges hallmark, as well as numbered 1800. Bust measures apprx 4-3/4" H x 3-1/4" W.

This pair of Napoleon figures includes a glazed porcelain bust and a full figure sculpture. The bust is marked "Canova" on verso as well as with a blue crown and the letter N. Bust is attached to a black lacquer base. Measures apprx 10" H x 4" W. Second sculpture features Napoleon on a rocky base. This parian piece is unmarked and measures apprx 15" H x 9" W

The first bust is made from gold painted wood and attached to a faux-marble base. Napoleon is dressed in full military regalia. Verso of base has a sticker reading "Borghese". This bust measures apprx 10-1/4" H x 5-1/2" W. The second bust is a parian bust depicting Napoleon dressed as a Roman god, with robe and laurel leaf crown. He is joined by an eagle. The underside of this piece is marked with three blue lines and the number 13. Overall size, with wooden base is apprx 13" H x 6-1/2" W.

"Napoleon". Oil on canvas painting is a modern depiction of Napoleon seated on his horse. This "en grisaille" style painting is primarily colored in varying shades of green and gray. Signed in upper left corner. Canvas size is apprx 23-1/2" H x 32-1/2" W. With wood frame this painting measures apprx 25" H x 33-1/4" W. This painting is dated 1963.
