The second hand written letter is by Charles Foster to the same Mr. Bingham about the current congressional situation and one worthy diplomat. Dated July 20th, 1874. Apprx 10" x 8". Also included is a National republican Ticket with the name of Mr. John A. Logan running for Vice President along side of James G. Blaine.
