This Farahan dates back to circa 19th century. A central navy section is decorated with a symmetrical geometric floral design in shades of deep red, light blue, sage green, baize and creamy ivory. It is surrounded by an ivory section also with meandering geometric floral decorations in similar colors. All four corners are deep red, also with floral designs and are framed by baize ribbon boarders surrounding a thick navy boarder. The central navy boarder has a meandering sage green vine framing various floral figures. Ivory fringe is on both ends and it measures apprx 7' x 4'2".
