Proceeds from the sale of this item will be donated to the Lyric Opera, Cleveland. Lot includes a large pitcher, ladle and footed waste bowl. A plated wide-mouth pitcher features round base and curvy handle. Bottom reads Reed & Barton 3970 X. Measures apprx 8" x 8-1/2". Large Silverplate ladle features a crisp design with an arrow and a sort of fleur-de-lis on the handle. Reverse of handle is hallmarked and reads Meriden S. Compy 1567. Rogers. Bros. A1. Measures apprx 13". Waste bowl features squared handles decorated with small profiles, and lions head decoration above feet. Measures apprx 5-1/2" x 6-1/2".

Proceeds from the sale of this item will be donated to the Lyric Opera, Cleveland. Three small sterling silver dishes. First of set is is a simple flat dish with a narrow scrolling rim. Bottom has hallmark of Meriden Brittania Co. and reads 657/1. Measures apprx 1"H x 8-1/2"W. Second has ribboned border and has hallmark of Reed and Barton on bottom as well as model number 560. Measures apprx 1"H x 6-1/2"W. Third is a simple small bowl. Hallmark of Baker Manchester Co. with number 077 on bottom. Measures apprx 1-1/2"H x 5"W. Lot weighs apprx 12.8 troy oz.

Proceeds from the sale of this item will be donated to the Lyric Opera, Cleveland. Very pretty boat shaped Sterling Silver dish. Both top and bottom have organic shaped raised pattern. Bottom has banded lip. Large, decorative finial. Bottom bears hallmark of Baker Manchester, pattern number 621 and engraved with the year, 1922. Measures apprx 5"H x 7-1/4"W x10"L. Weighs apprx 16.4 troy oz.

Proceeds from the sale of this item will be donated to the Lyric Opera, Cleveland. Lot includes waste bowl, private tea pot and two trays. The Silverplate footed waste bowl features a simple oval design. Bottom is stamped John Torsleff, Boston 151. Measures apprx 3-1/2" x 5-1/2". The second item is used to serve as an individual tea pot. It has a lift off lid, and wicker wrapped handle, hallmarked and reads L.B.S.Co 1119 N.S. Measures apprx 6" x 4-1/2". Plated silver tray has a pierced edge with handles and ornate scrolling leaves on base; sits on four short feet. Bottom reads Wilcox S.P.Co. International Co. 1950. Measures apprx 1-1/2" x 1-1/4" x 6". Large plated tray has overall floral pattern and a raised border. Sits on four low feet. Measures apprx 13-3/4" x 11".

Coasters have pierced circular pattern of lilies and scrolls. Marked Sterling on side. Measures apprx 3" in diameter. Comes in original red felt bag and box from Tilden-Thurber, Providence, RI.

255. Lot of Miscellaneous Flatware, American, circa 1920's
Proceeds from the sale of this item will be donated to the Lyric Opera, Cleveland. Lot includes twelve nut picks, twelve butter knives and a compact powder spoon. Picks are silver plate and feature a flat handle with a dotted border. On reverse, Meriden Brita Co.A1. Measures apprx 5" long. Comes in brown leather case with blue velvet lining. Butter knives have lovely mellow colored bone handles and steel blades. Measures apprx 7-3/4" long. Blade reads Lamson Goodnow & Co. S. Falls Works. Comes in dark green leather case with maroon velvet lining. Last item is a Sterling Silver Compact Powder Spoon. Comes in original packaging which reads: "When exasperation overtakes you, don't throw a silly swoon. Relax- and fill.. your compact with this Pretty Powder Spoon." Spoon measures apprx 3-1/2".

Lot includes a large Gorham serving fork and a large serving spoon. Although they do not specifically match, they still make a nice set. Fork has a fancy handle decorated with fruit and flowers, head has some pierced detailing of foliate shapes. Hallmarked on back. Measures apprx 9-1/2". Spoon has an ornate handle featuring lilies. Head is a scalloped shell. Back reads Sterling. Measures apprx 9". Entire lot weight apprx 9.0 troy oz.

Set of eight sleek silver over bone knives. Silver is pierced in a overall abstract pattern and laid over buttery yellow bone. Blade is stainless steel and reads Carvel Hall By Briddell. Each knife measures apprx 8-1/2"long. Sterling mark not found, may have been polished out.

Lot includes eleven sterling silver personal salt spoons. Spoons vary in shape size and decoration, some with bright cut designs on the handles. Three of lot have a fist holding a flower. Five are monogramed: two W's, M, R, S. Last two are blank. All have sterling hallmarks on back. Sizes range from 3-1/2" to 5-1/4". Entire lot weighs apprx 4.3 troy oz.
